Science - Among the Gum Trees

Over the term we have looked at eucalyptus trees, explored their life cycle, tried (with some success) to germinate seeds we found, learnt about how bees are part of their life cycle through pollination and even learnt about how eucalyptus oil stops bread from going mouldy. Earthkeepers Camp 2015

What an amazing camp! Brewongle EEC had us busy exploring the bush, seeing a wildlife animal show, sitting in our own magic spots, walking down to the Hawkesbury River to picnic alongside it, learning about sustainability, having tons of fun and more.
